The company has a robust “Local Hire Policy” that places great emphasis on actively contributing to the local economy and workforce development by giving preference to qualified individuals (skilled workers), hiring unskilled labor, along with locally available materials and equipment.

We also support communities near to our operations in multiple ways, we have funded the construction of a Soccer playground and an administration building in the Erbil-Gwer sub-district-Tarash Village. We also supply funding to local sport teams for uniforms and sporting equipment and have a commitment to continue our support to local communities.
